WHEN  WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
 We ship all orders within 7-21 business days. We ship priority shipping to ensure you get your products quickly and will send you an email with tracking information so you know exactly when to expect your order!
 
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
 Yes! 
Due to the complexity of international laws and taxes, we do not include duties and fees in orders. You are responsible for any local customs and duties on your order.
We are not able to give delivery estimates for international orders as it relies heavily on how long packages are kept in customs.
 
WHERE IS MY PRODUCT?
 Tracking numbers will be uploaded to tje website and emailed to you 1-2 day after your product shipped. We will provide real time tracking and send regular updates until the package is delivered. 
If you have not received any updates, contact us and we will track the package. We will resend for free, any packages not delivered.

If you do not absolutely love our products, we will exchange your products at no cost to you, or fully refund your purchase. Will your beard oils make my beard softer?
Yes, our beard oils and balms will hydrate the hair and make them softer to the touch.
